Purpose

Pulp Riot's High Speed Progressive Toners tone in as little as 5 min or up to 20 mins. Tones deepen the longer you leave them on, giving the artist complete control over the colour. High-Speed Toners use superior pigments to create rich and beautiful tones.

Method

In a non-metalic bowl, mix toner with developer in 1:2 raito using Pulp Riot developer 6 or 10 volumes. Apply to dry or damp hair. Works up to 5 mins, or less. For a deeper pigment leave up to 15 min. To minimize the colour deposit, change raitio to 1:3 or 1:4. Shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
