We aim to ship all orders within one working day, so if you want to cancel your order please contact us quickly!
Returning Your Order
Once you receive your order you have 30 days to return it. As long as it is unopened and unused we’ll issue you a full refund within 2 working days.
Returns can be sent directly to us at 'Returns, 195 South Liberty Lane, Ashton, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS3 2TN' along with your order details, however for a hassle-free return please do the following:
- Go to Your Account - click My Returns
- Click Create New Return
- Select the order and item(s) you want to return. Hit Next
- Choose Refund or Replacement and select Package Condition. Please note, unless damaged, we can only refund products that are unopened.
- Select Reason For Return. You can include a message and/or file - this is a good way to send us a picture of item condition.
- Submit request

If you are returning a product because you no longer want it, you will be required to pay any postage costs associated to returning the item to us.
If a product is faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of returning the item to us, before either issuing a replacement or a refund.
If a product is faulty or damaged, you will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund for the cost of the specific product.
Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection before a refund or a replacement can be issued. Please note, this process can take between 10-15 days.
All items must be returned for inspection in a suitable condition to be handled. Any items that are not returned in such condition may not be sent for inspection. In this instance, the customer will be responsible for covering any return shipping costs.
How Long Will My Refund Take?
We aim to assess and authorise returns in 2 working days. You will then receive instructions for returning your item.
Please securely package returns to protect them during transit, and request a proof of purchase in case the product goes missing. Please note, Salon Wholesale can only refund the order cost, not postage or shipping fees incurred in returning the item.
