Purpose

A perfect toner for neutralising unwanted warmth in hair and achieving gorgeous ash blondes, while enhancing shine and elasticity. Vegan and cruelty-free.

Method

In a non-metalic bowl, mix toner with developer in 1:2 raito using Pulp Riot developer 6 or 10 volumes. Apply to dry or damp hair. Works up to 5 mins, or less. For a deeper pigment leave up to 15 min. To minimize the colour deposit, change raitio to 1:3 or 1:4. Shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
