Our Price Promise Is Something We Are Proud Of.

If you find one of our products for sale cheaper at another UK wholesaler's, either in store or online, and sold under the same conditions, you can contact us to request that we match their price.

We will be happy to price match against any other wholesaler in the hair and beauty sector based on the UK mainland.

If the wholesaler has a website, it must trade under the same brand and on the same basis as their in-store shop.

Any wholesaler must trade primarily within the hair and beauty sector.

Our price promise does not include products for sale via auction websites, factory outlets, duty-free stores or websites, market traders, home shopping channels, or by businesses that are in administration or closing down.

If a price comparison is proposed against any wholesaler that does not may not meet the conditions above, it will be deemed an unfair comparison for a price match.



We pride ourselves on always reviewing our prices to make sure that we are offering you the best products at the best possible value that we can.

This includes working with our suppliers to make sure that there is a fair pricing policy in place, as well as monitoring our competitors.

However, if you feel that another UK wholesaler is offering you the same product under the same conditions for a better price, we encourage you to contact us and request a price match.



We work with our suppliers in order to ensure that we are able to offer you a range of product promotions. If you find a product that is for sale in a promotion we will be happy to price match for you, as long as the product is for sale under the same conditions as our service.

If you find a product bundle for sale cheaper anywhere else, we will be happy to match the price for you as long as we sell the same product bundle. We will be unable to match the price of the cost of an individual product against that of one included in a product bundle that is for sale by a competitor.



Unfortunately we are not able to include delivery costs in a price match request.

All price comparisons will be based upon the cost price of the item only.



Whilst our price promise is only applicable to other UK wholesalers, we appreciate that some of our customers order from abroad.

If you would like to make an international price match request based on another currency other than GBP (Great British Pound), we will be happy to price match against the exchange rate at the time the price comparison is reviewed by our team.

If a price match is agreed, our team will communicate the proposed exchange rate to you.



In order to be able to provide you with our price promise, we must ensure that we are reviewing price match requests against products that are for sale under the same conditions as ours.

So what exactly does this mean? Please see below for how we qualify a product as being sold under the same conditions as our own.

Stock Availability:
We stock a range of products and for us to be able to fairly compare prices with a competitor, they must hold stock of the item as well. Competitors that offer products on an available to order / pre-order basis will not be deemed a fair comparison.

Delivery:
Whilst the cost of delivery is not included in a price match request, we do require that any competitor that offers delivery of their products is able to do so in similar timescales to our service.

Suppliers:
We pride ourselves on working with some of most well known suppliers of professional products in the hair and beauty sector in order to provide you with the best products available. We will only ever sell you authentic products that are manufactured by the original supplier. As such, we are unable to price match against products that are proven to be purchased from a source other than the original supplier or a recognised reseller. We also work with our suppliers in order to guarantee that a fair pricing policy is in place.

Product Cost:
As we work very closely with our suppliers to guarantee we only sell original products under a fair pricing policy, we are unable to price match any product that is for sale cheaper than the cost price of the product from an authentic source.

Sales Channel:
All products must be sold via a comparable sales channel to the service that we are able to offer, such as a bricks and mortar store or a recognised website. For more information, please see the 'Who Will You Price Match Against' section.

Availability:
Any price match request must be made against a competitor that is offering the same products to the same customer demographics that our service is available to. As such, we are unable to price match against a product that is restricted to specific audiences other than those that work as a hair and beauty professional - for example, exclusive pricing for customer memberships, customer loyalty schemes, or student discounting.
